Welcome to Far Fewer Toes! We’ve just started with this site, so please bear with us. Right now it’s just a pretty simple Wordpress site. Things will evolve.

That’s basically the whole idea behind this site as well. We’ve purposely not set goals and targets for this project. We plan on developing the site in an evolutionary way. We’ll just see where that’s going to take us. The idea, along with the name, and the domain registration all came up in one day, and now I am writing this.

Just one thing is clear at this moment: the site will be about ‘Free Software‘, ‘Open Source‘ and programming in general. We’ll start with writing articles, and see where it goes.

So, where does the name come from? Glad you asked! ‘Far Fewer Toes‘ is an anagram for ‘Free Software‘. Coincidentally, penguins have just three toes on each foot, and we kind of like penguins.
